Tech Breakdown Ep. 10
Play Episode 10 of Tech Breakdown

Well I had to explain the abscense of a new show for the past two weeks somehow, so that's what this episode does basically.

About the iPhone. Take a look at the Apple Online Store where the iPhone is unavailable.

Send any comments, suggestions, or questions you want answered to techbreakdown[@]gmail[.]com (obviously remove the brackets).

Unfortunately no one else was there for recording today, so it's just me!

Everyone's doing it! a discussion about twitter and the presidential candidates. Broadband 2.0, Comcast's cable option and Verizon's FiOS. Microsft releases Windows XP SP3, Dell will continue to sell XP, and Microsoft's new Live Mesh.

And...wait...what...is that...yes show notes (ish) complete with links. Well more like a brief summary of the episode (the same one that appears in iTunes) with links to the articles i was reading at the time! Check them all out, it's interesting, and if you want to get more in depth than i got, a must.

The quickest way to get new episodes of Tech Breakdown are to subscribe. Click the link above or in the side bar to do so. That's all there is to it! If you don't want to subscribe and just listen for now...that ability is still here, click the giant play button to the right of here.

So, because the old feed broke basically...well the feed didn't, but iTunes' communication with it did because of not releasing a new episode for a few months, i was forced to resubmit a new feed. So either clicking the link above, or the link on the right sidebar of this page that says subscribe will take you to the page in iTunes where you can click the Subscribe button. Right now the feed only has the latest episode 7, and since this week is really tight schedule wise and may not release a new episode, i'm going to rerelease an older video episode just to keep everything working smoothly and keep any new subscribers happy :) This also means you have to delete and subscriptions you have to the podcast in iTunes prior to this point, because they are no longer being updated. However i will release a short episode explaining this info to the old feed for those who don't read this, but after that i'm killing it!

Also, a new link has been added to the right side (bar) of this page. It's to TWiPPhoto.com, which is the website for an awesome photography podcast that anyone even somewhat interested in photography should listen to! So, please click the link and check out their site!

New Episode! + iTunes feed is broken
Dell cuts costs and employees, and Brody gets his MacBook fixed. This is the first audio of Tech Breakdown and we are very excited to bring you new episodes each week.

For whatever reason the iTunes feed is not working to get the latest release (episode 7). To get the latest episodes downloaded to iTunes you must (unfortunately) follow these steps. Open iTunes, delete Tech Breakdown from your podcast directory, then click Advanced in your menu bar. After clicking Advanced, then click on Subscribe to Podcast... Then enter in the following URL: http://jordansteffen.com/techbreakdown2.xml

you will automatically start downloading episode 7, as well as any future episodes that come out from this point on.
